After becoming an international hit in My Boss My Hero, Mission 1 in 2001, several years later, Doo Sik has continued his master’s degree and becomes a teacher for the leader of his own Yakuza gang.

When the rival gangs continue to challenge the gang’s business, Du Sik, while they are not paying attention, tries to protect the school and his teaching career by teaching the students to completion.

So chaos returns to the school once again with the gangs that want to take over the school and use it as a place to launder their money. Duk-suk and the students and even the gang leader have to come out to fight.
