The Plot (2024) Review Movie
Young-il (Kang Dong-won) is the current operations team leader who has the ability to plan and handle client targets according to his own opinions. He then sees the future plans of his team members, both from clients and people close to him, who are able to plan and spend a large amount of his money irrationally. Each job is a large amount of cash that allows them to take a long break from work after completing the mission.

Before that, Yong-il had the opportunity to work for the first time with his genius younger brother who had an accident or died suddenly, who used to work as a team leader with Yong-il. And that incident made him unable to trust anyone anymore, even himself who saw other people’s plans all the time, whether it was what they really thought or not?

Wol-cheon (played by Lee Hyun-wook) is one of Young-il’s team members. She has a personality and a love for beauty, which is that she likes to transform into a transgender woman. In order to find information from the office workers or search for information about the target from groups of women, Wol-cheon will have a better chance of getting close than ordinary men.

Jackie (Lee Mi-sook) is one of the oldest members. She is the one who helped Young-il’s younger brother before he disappeared. She still hides some of her personal history in order to join Young-il’s team and is the one who is responsible for finding information from the housewives or shops in the market.

Jom Man (Tang Jun Sang) is Young Il’s assistant who is close to Jackie. He has to work in reconnaissance of targets during missions and helps in various aspects of managing vehicles to cause accidents according to the pre-planned plans.

Joo Young-sun (Jung Eun-chae) is the latest client to hire Young-il to take down a close associate of hers, one of the leaders of the political party for which she serves as secretary. As this target is in the news for corruption with Young-sun as her daughter, she wants to destroy some information that will cost her her position as a member of parliament.

The reporters’ work continues as they become interested in the corruption case of Assemblyman Yeong-sun and her father, which makes tracking down Yeong-il’s target more likely. Yeong-il’s plan eventually succeeds, but he loses Jom-man in an accident where the bus’s coordinates are miscalculated.

As his teammates begin to die one by one, Young-il tries to find clues that he understands another team working against them is plotting to kill their team. It is too late in his attempts to contact Wol-cheon and Jackie, who are killed in turn while they are trying to find a way to extract the large sum of cash that has been stored away and divide it up according to the agreement.

The final target he suspects is the unemployed client in the job he has a problem with, which is Assemblyman Yong-sun, who works in the office or company of Lee Si-hyun (played by Lee Moo-saeng), which is possible that this company is a contractor for spies and the past murder incident. Young-il therefore plans to assassinate the chairman of the company that Assemblyman Yong-sun consulted for work. So how will the story end with this Korean movie with the last identity of Young-il and how did the plan go wrong?
